Hi Helen. How goes it? Lew and I are constantly checking for word from you both. Thanks for blogging, it must be hard , for you both. Am i right in reading you are in your new house. Dear Steve and Helen – never had anything to do with Blogs before, so hope this works. Thinking of you both such a lot, and Norma and Susie back in SA; you’re having a tough time and we’re all keeping our fingers tightly crossed that they get your medication sorted and things start to improve. Tried to put in a couple of funny memories, but there doesn’t seem to be room, so will send you our fondest love, Ro, Chris, Kate and Louise

Hi Steve and Helen

You’re in choppy waters at present but we sincerely hope that you’re heading for calm seas…and home to Chesham for Steve. It’s tough times for both of you so take it a day at a time and stay strong. Members of the support group will be at the local Cancer Research Relay for Life at the weekend with the LA stand and will be thinking of you both as we do lots of (walking) laps.

Greetings from the West Coast of Canada. I just recently came across your great blog and have been slowly reviewing your adventures with great interest, and with pen and paper at hand, as we recently bought an ’08 Lagoon 420, Avanga, which is currently in charter in Belize. We are planning short trips down to the boat but next year plan to set off following a similar path across the Caribbean and Pacific. We join the many others in wishing Steve all the best and a steady recovery, and thank him and you for providing us with invaluable insights as we plan and scheme our future get away.

Hi Helen thanx for update your both in my thoughts is the house purchase still going ahead ? I’m not sure if Ashley keeps in touch but I do give him regular updates. I saw Erin and robin the other night when I was working they look really well. I’m so pleased to hear Steve is receiving good care and your needs are being met allowing you to stay must be a great support. Will look forward to next update and some good news xx
