Being a mathematician, and probably a little autistic (according to some), I like to count things. And a New Year allows one to Count Down. In counting down, words and concepts change their meaning. What was once “next” becomes “this”. What was once off in the distant future becomes “next”. “This year” which one day describes all that has happened, the following day, represents all that’s to come.<\/p>\n
To make each year interesting and new requires the will to make it so. I hope 2008 brings you what you’re looking for. For us, we have some ideas for 2008 which will be revealed in time.<\/p>\n
