Going, Going …

…. almost gone.

This week we exchanged preliminary contracts of sale on Timeless – subject to inspection. Inspection occurred this morning and the buyer appears willing to proceed. Of course, much could happen between now and when the money passes hands. This may take up to two weeks as a result of the buyer being out of town. If this goes through it will be the end of one era.
