Day 4 – Geocaching, Saba Rock

Before dinner Leah, Helen, Sam and I went off to hunt down the geocache which we failed to find the previous evening. We took a different route and eventually found it. It was well placed as the location offered a fantastic view. We took a different path back and very soon came to a spot where Sam, the previous evening, had pointed out what he thought was a path. So it turns out we were pretty close the previous evening after all. We wouldn’t have gone down the path in the dark so it definitely would have taken a second trip. Dinner at Saba Rock was great – and what a setting. We didn’t take a camera so no pics. We also forgot to bring a torch so dinghying back was a little tricky. We’ll remember next time. In the evening we enjoyed live music at the Bitter End Yacht Club bar. Ben was unable to come as his poison ivy rash was really erupting. I think Leah missed him as it was a very romantic spot.
