Now down to double digits. Less than 100 days to go to our next trip to the islands. 😀 In the meantime, Dignity is going to have her bottom treated. Seems the bottom paint was ablated somewhat during her passage and now she’s attracting growth. The growth can be scraped off but each time this erodes the paint further. Now is a good time – prior to the peak season – to get her out of the water and repainted.

No real news except to say the peak hurricane month has passed us by with no incident. October sees the charters recommencing. Looking forward to seeing how this goes as CatCo have now had a full month to make her as fit as possible. Another month gone means it’s one month less to February when we’re back down in the islands. Can’t wait.

Flights are now booked for next February. Options were dwindling fast. In the space of one week a number of the better options had disappeared so I’m glad we’re locked in with flights that get us to the islands before it’s late in the evening. We’ll be taking a couple of good friends with us so it should be a lot of fun. On the home page I’ve put a count down letting us know how long we’ve got left to go.

Dignity is still heading west. She should be in the BVIs by the end of the month. Nothing to stop her now.

We have booked the week of Presidents Day in Feb next year to come down and see Dignity. I have a hunch she’ll have arrived by then.
