We really did not do much on Wednesday. We had plans to go ashore and visit a fruit juice factory but a cruise ship arrived in the bay which implied anywhere we may go ashore would be packed with tours. We therefore decided to head outside the bay and tuck in by the reef where we knew Whiskers were.
Helen and John went off to snorkel nearby while I stayed aboard still immobilized by the swollen tendon in my right wrist.
Later, in the afternoon, Helen and I went ashore to explore the ‘town’ and luxury resort nearby.
I awoke very early this morning to the absence of the constant pain that has been plaguing me for the last 48 hours. I still have twinges when I move my wrist around but the regular feeling is a huge relief. I hope this is the beginning of the recovery.
